We all know that Miche Bags are already sweet for a wide range of reasons, but the time has come to make a few changes that will keep us on the cutting edge in the fashion industry. Starting with our September 1, 2011 releases you will see some new names for both our Bag sizes and Shell prices.

Why mess with a good thing? Here is Jennie’s take:
"There are some exciting new things brewing here at Miche that are surely going to make you squeal with delight! To get you ready for exciting things like new products and expanding lines, here’s a crash course in “Miche Terminology 101” that will enlighten you a bit about our thought process as these decisions were made.
There is a lot to a name, don’t you think? And, although "Big Bag" is fun, it’s maybe not so chic. Then you throw in the possibility of a so called “medium” bag—do we really want to call it the Medium Bag? And then if we ever decide to go bigger than the Big Bag—do we call that the Supersized Bag? I don’t think so! We can do better than that! We really don’t want to have a line of products that makes you want to ask if you want fries with that, now do we?
So as we are planning for the future and looking at all our possibilities, we decided our product names and price categories needed a little revamping so they can fit in with our vision for the future.
Our cute little Mini will now be known as the Petite. Classic will remain the same—because really that is what it is—simply classic. And our Big Bag has been dubbed a romantic Italian description: Prima—because it’s a real stand-out!
We then could not leave out our pricing categories from the renaming fun. Our Standard price point just didn’t cut it and will now be known as Signature pricing; the others, however, did make the cut and will remain Premium and Luxe.
I hope you are as excited about these much-needed changes as I am! They represent the first steps to launching Miche into a very chic and stylish new future!!
